Atrium Centers Prescott Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking compassionate CNAs in Wisconsin to provide direct resident care on 8-hour shifts. Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin CNA license (required).
• Completion of an approved CNA training program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-focused mindset with a desire to learn.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs.
• Immediately report any violation of the Residents' Bill of Rights.
