Job summary

Advanced Care Center in Clearwater, FL is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate daily living assistance in a long-term care setting. You will support meals, hygiene, vital signs, and essential patient care while collaborating with nurses and staff across shifts.

Role offers diverse shifts (8-hour) across day, evening, overnight times with weekend availability. Acknowledges sign-on bonuses and benefits after 60 days; growth opportunities and a supportive team environment

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant training course.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Good communication skills with empathy (bedside manner) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including delivering meals, turning, ambulating and providing water and nutrition.
• Help patients with personal hygiene and baths, bedpans, and showers.
• Provide adjunct care such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record information in patient charts.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• Maintain composure under pressure in critical situations.
