Job summary

Regency Oaks is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our hospitality-focused team in Clearwater, FL. You will support residents with daily living activities, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort while collaborating with CNAs, RNs, LPNs, and other staff.

We offer traditional SNF schedules (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) with a sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time roles, and a compensation package including benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of CNA experience, preferably in long-term care settings.
• Active Florida CNA license.
• Active CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive, caring, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care while maintaining residents' comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene including bathing, dressing, mobility and exercise.
• Follow resident care plans and provide support as outlined.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the nurse.
• May be required to relocate to different care units based on resident needs.
• Monitor and record food and liquid intake, output, and vital signs.
• Report any changes in condition, wounds, bruises, or symptoms to nursing staff.
• Stay current with CNA training and facility policies.
