Job summary

Mount Airy Nursing and Rehab is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant 1 (CNA) to join our care team. This full-time/part-time role focuses on delivering direct patient care, supporting nursing staff, and upholding high standards of resident well-being.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22–$24, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, and a shift differential to attract and retain committed caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA certification.
• Completed Nursing Assistant training program.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including ADLs and vital signs.
• Collaborate with nursing team on care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and services.
• Keep environment safe and clean for residents and staff.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
