Job summary

Avera is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, compassionate care in a skilled nursing setting. You will work closely with nursing staff to meet daily resident needs and ensure safety, comfort, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensing required in state of practice.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Less than 1 year related experience or training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to residents as part of daily activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and document accurately for nursing staff.
• Support restocking and maintain clean, safe environment in the unit.
• Offer emotional and spiritual support to residents and families.
