Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and compassionate work ethic.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding assistance.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility to promote independence.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Complete electronic care reports and document daily vitals accurately.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and the clinical team to implement care plans.
