Complete Care - Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team and provide heart-led care for our residents. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, record observations, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Active WI CNA license in good standing on the Wisconsin state registry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state healthcare worker background checks and required health screenings.
• Strong stamina, compassion, teamwork, and independence; basic computer skills; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care.
• Serve meals, assist dining, provide hydration reminders, and track intake.
• Safely transfer, ambulate, turn, and reposition residents using equipment like Hoyer lifts and sit-to-stand devices.
• Document care reports, fluid logs, and ADL records in the EHR before shift end.
• Collaborate with Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator to perform duties safely and effectively.
