Complete Care is seeking a CNA to provide direct care, comfort, and support to residents in Baraboo, Wisconsin. An active Wisconsin CNA certification and age 18+ are required, with full-time or part-time shifts available and a sign-on bonus.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, complete electronic charting, and contribute to a safe, compliant care environment. We offer daily pay options, a modern facility, a welcoming team, and clear pathways for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED; background check clearance.
• Strong team collaboration skills; LTC experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs, including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor resident conditions and report updates immediately to the charge nurse.
• Complete timely electronic charting and ensure a safe, compliant care environment.
