Responsibilities

• Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, and dressing.
• Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Accurately document vitals, weights, and meal consumption.
• Turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation.
