Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living, personal care, and companionship. You will work closely with the clinical team to implement care plans and ensure comfort and safety.

We offer competitive compensation ($20.00–$25.00/hour), a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible part-time and $5,000 for full-time, plus benefits such as health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, education assistance,

Qualifikationen

• One year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily routines.
• Implement residents' care plans with respect to preferences and safety.
• Provide companionship and monitoring of residents' well-being.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
