Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care at our Peabody, MA community. The team focuses on comfort, companionship, and individualized care plans.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible part-time schedules and $5,000 for full-time schedules, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with 3% match, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans with focus on preferences and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure needs are addressed in a timely manner.
