Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. You will help with activities of daily living, follow care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to meet residents' needs.

We offer competitive hourly compensation, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible part-time schedules and $5,000 for full-time schedules, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within our expanding

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living and provide person-centered care.
• Assist with residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
