Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, Massachusetts is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). CNAs support residents in daily living with person-centered care.

We offer $20.00–$25.00 per hour, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible part-time schedules and $5,000 for full-time, plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision, PTO, a 401(k) with 3% match, onsite wellness centers, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans with a focus on comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
