Job summary

White Oak Manor Tryon is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and support a safe, dignified environment on 12-hour shifts (7A or 7P).

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $25 per hour based on experience, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Join a team that values residents, teamwork, and growth within a warm NC facility.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply!
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and resident care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning while observing safety rules.
