Job summary

White Oak Manor Tryon is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our caring nursing team in Tryon, NC. We offer 12-hour shifts (7A or 7P), weekend premium pay, and starting pay between $17 and $25 per hour based on experience.

You will assist residents with ADLs, bathing, meals, mobility, and vital signs, while following HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines. The campus provides a warm, family-like environment with opportunities for growth and excellent benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication and resident care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning while following our No Lift Policy.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Assist residents with activities and appointments.
• Work closely with our nurses and interdisciplinary team.
• Follow HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families.
