Job summary

White Oak Manor Tryon in Tryon, NC is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver hands-on care to residents on 12-hour shifts (7A or 7P). You will support residents with daily living activities and work closely with our nursing team to maintain a warm, respectful environment.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $25 per hour based on experience, with a $5000 sign-on bonus for eligible CNAs. Join a friendly, supportive team dedicated to dignity, compassion, and quality resident care.

Qualifications

• North Carolina CNA certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred; new CNAs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meals and hydration; help residents maintain intake.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning while following no-lift policies.
• Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; observe and report changes to the nursing team.
