• Active Arizona CNA certification

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate with the care team.
• Provide scheduled showers and personal hygiene care as per care plans.
• Observe skin condition and report concerns to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of showers and bathing areas.
• Document care provided accurately per facility procedures.
