Missouri Veterans Home is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver compassionate care to our state’s veterans. You will work with a dedicated team to follow individualized care plans, document observations, and support residents with daily activities.

The role includes performing vitals, assisting with grooming, meals, mobility, and safety. Weekend work and shift differentials may apply; join a team that values service and excellence in veteran care.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid certified nursing assistant certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent Veteran care and support according to the individualized care plan.
• Communicate and document information to nursing staff regarding Veterans’ needs, preferences and/or complaints.
• Attend to individual needs of Veterans including grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, skin care and mobility.
• Accurately perform and document vitals, heights, and weights.
• Walk, stand and assist with transfers and mobility as needed.
