Qualifications

• Must possess a valid certified nursing assistant certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Veteran care and support according to the individualized care plan.
• Communicate and document information to nursing staff regarding Veterans’ needs, preferences and/or complaints.
• Assist Veterans with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, meals, toileting, mobility, and other daily activities as per care requirements.
• Accurately perform and document vitals, heights, and weights.
• Commit to safe patient handling and lift equipment use as needed.
