Harbor's Edge Norfolk is seeking highly qualified CNAs to join our premier 5-star Continuing Care Retirement Community on the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, VA. We offer part- and full-time roles with competitive compensation, shift differentials, and a supportive environment.

Formación

• Virginia CNA certification and CPR/First Aid required.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience; long-term care or CCRC preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and resident care procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding.
• Assist with ADLs, promote independence and dignity.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output and clinical observations.
• Support restorative nursing, mobility, skin care, and safe transfers.
• Engage residents in social, cognitive, and recreational activities.
• Ensure safety, monitor high-risk residents and prevent falls.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers and transportation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with teams.
• Follow infection control and facility policies; participate in training.
• Other duties as needed; sign-on bonus eligible for some candidates.
