Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services in California is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants for a full-time AM shift. CNAs provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and support nurses in a faith-based community with teamwork and respect.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the nurse manager and may take direction from licensed nurses.
• Provides direct care to residents daily.
• Assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Performs basic personal care tasks per procedures and assignments.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming, feeding, transport/transfer.
• Maintains clean resident rooms and tidiness of belongings.

Education
