Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care offers meaningful CNA roles in California, where team-based care and compassion are valued. You will provide daily direct resident care, assist with activities, dining, and personal care, while supporting light housekeeping and transportation as needed.

We provide a competitive hourly pay range of $23.00 to $26.00, full-time benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO and holidays, a 403(b) match, and access to fitness facilities.

Formación

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct daily care to residents.
• Assist with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toileting, grooming.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with serving and feeding.
• Maintain clean, orderly resident rooms and assist with transport/ transfers.

Educación

High School diploma or the equivalent

Nursing Assistant program (approved) in the State

Listed on State Health Nursing Assistant Registry
