Covenant Living Communities and Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide daily direct care to residents across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care settings. The role includes help with activities, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation, under supervision, in a faith-based, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, completed and passed an approved CNA program, and are listed on the state's CNA registry.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State.
• Listed on the State Health Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Reports directly to the nurse manager, may also take direction from licensed nurses on duty or other supervisory staff.
• Provides direct care to residents on a daily basis.
• Position also assists with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
• Assists residents with basic personal care according to procedures and daily assignment (bathing, dressing, dental hygiene, toilet, grooming, feeding, transportation).
• Maintains resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner (light housekeeping, linen changes, beds, clothing, tidying spaces, bathrooms).
• Assists with resident laundry (marking, cleaning, mending, ironing, putting away).
• Notifies supervisor of clothing needs as they occur.
• Prepares residents for meals, assists with serving meals and feeding of residents.
• May be cross trained in Assisted Living.

Educación

High School diploma or the equivalent

Completion and passing the test for an approved Nursing Assistant program in the State
