Ideal candidates hold an active Maryland CNA license, a reliable vehicle, CPR certification, and can pass a background check. New employee orientations are held weekly, with direct deposit and mileage reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland CNA license required.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance and valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification is required.
• TB results within 12 months and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical, in-home care on a one-to-one basis.
• Assist clients with daily activities and personal care as needed.
• Follow care plans and report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Build trusting relationships and ensure client comfort and safety.
