Job summary

Trustworthy Staffing Solutions - Baltimore, MD is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for clients in the Baltimore area. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health indicators, and help ensure safe mobility under RN supervision.

• Must hold active Maryland CNA certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Negative PPD within the last year or recent clear Chest X-ray within 5 years; health clearance or physician release within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support and incontinence care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Monitor and document vital signs; report any changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow customized Care Plans.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in Maryland
• Previous home care experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Negative PPD result with the last year OR Clear Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
• Health Physical or work release from physician within the last 2 years
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must have a clear background (no disqualifying criminal history such as convictions for violence, theft, or abuse)
