Starting pay is $17–$21.75 per hour with weekly pay every Friday, on-demand access to earnings, a $50 monthly cell phone stipend, paid training and continuing education, PTO, retirement plan, life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Current CNA license in ND.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, dependable, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Providing medication reminders and companionship.
• Preparing meals and light housekeeping.
• Running errands or helping clients attend appointments.
• Supporting physical therapy exercises.
• Acting quickly and responsibly in emergencies.

Choose Your Shifts

• Part-Time: 2p-8p Monday, Wednesday & Every weekend (differential provided, see below)

Every Weekend commitment includes a $5 per hour differential bonus for all shifts worked on WKDNS*

Status & hours available are based on client needs, more information will be provided upon interview*

Your Role as a CNA

You’ll help clients live safely and independently in their homes by:

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility)
