Job summary

Griswold Home Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors across the Fargo-Moorhead area. The role offers full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts with a schedule that respects your life while delivering meaningful, personalized care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (North Dakota or Minnesota).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication.
• Home care or senior care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and hygiene.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Help with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide memory care to clients living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
• Observe and document each client's condition and report changes to the care team.
• Companionship and one-on-one support that helps clients stay at home.

Education
