Job summary

Salinas Valley Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our resident-centered clinical team. The role offers a starting pay rate of $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience, with a full-time schedule of 4 days on and 2 days off.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily care to residents (ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing leadership.
• Maintain clean, safe care areas and follow infection control protocols.
