Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will support residents with daily living, provide person-centered care, and work as part of a compassionate clinical team.

This role offers hourly pay of $20.00–$25.00, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible part-time and $5,000 for full-time, plus benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to address residents’ needs in a timely manner.
