Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and person-centered care. You’ll work with the clinical team to address needs promptly, assist with activities, and implement care plans with compassion and respect.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are addressed in a timely manner
