Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing required within four months.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA training and certification provided by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Record vital signs and document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE policies.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and ROM exercises.
• Assist with meals, dining, and hydration for residents.
• Provide housekeeping, laundry and participate in wellness activities.
