Good Samaritan is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of an RN at GSS SD Desmet Ctr. You will perform basic health tasks, assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, transfers, and mobility while following the care plan and infection prevention policies.

High school diploma or GED is preferred; CNA certification must be completed within four months. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Formación

• Must have CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or in process within four months.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Provides routine nursing care under RN supervision per care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, transfers, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and document resident interactions as required.
• Follow infection prevention policies and PPE guidelines.
• Support wellness activities and maintain a clean, safe environment.
