Job summary

The Carriages is seeking compassionate CNAs/RCA with a heart for serving older adults in our MT. Zion community. Join a dedicated nursing team focused on resident-centered care and teamwork.

We value leaders who care deeply about residents and families, offering strong benefits and a supportive work culture. We look for a high school diploma, at least 1 year of experience, and a preferred CNA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Background check, fingerprinting, physical, drug test, and TB testing are mandatory.
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia training is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, medication reminders, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards.
• Provide services as indicated on Resident service plans.
• Assist Residents moving in and out, as assigned.
• Assist with laundry service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, neat, safe environment for Residents, staff and visitors.

The Carriages of Mt. Zion is growing our TEAM and we are currently looking for people who have a passion for serving older adults. We are seeking hard-working, dedicated individuals to work alongside a talented and focused nursing TEAM who enjoy working together and love serving our Residents.

The CNA / RCA group is TEAM motivated and pride themselves on providing compassionate, person-centered care to our Residents.
