Job summary

Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time positions in the United States. You will provide hands-on care for residents, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Pay ranges from $18.50 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, with DOE. California CNA certification is required, and strong communication and teamwork are essential to support residents and the nursing team.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate and respectful hands-on care

• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the licensed nursing team
• Support residents with comfort, safety, and daily routines
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming care environment
