Job summary

Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time positions in the United States. You will provide hands-on care for residents, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Pay ranges from $18.50 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, with DOE. California CNA certification is required, and strong communication and teamwork are essential to support residents and the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care in a respectful manner.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming care environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
