Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is seeking a CNA/QMA Faculty member for the Indianapolis Campus. You will provide quality instruction across delivery methods, give timely feedback, and support retention initiatives.

This full-time role reports to the CNA Program Director/Faculty and requires evening teaching availability. The position emphasizes professional development, community engagement, and alignment with Ivy Tech’s mission and strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Qualified Healthcare Specialist full-time faculty teaching CNA and QMA courses with RN license and two years of licensed nursing experience, including at least one year in long-term care.
• Must be able to work evenings to instruct courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classes using pedagogy and technology to support student learning.
• Develop and maintain curriculum and course materials aligned with outcomes.
• Maintain records and manage a conducive classroom environment.
• Use Learning Management System (e.g., Canvas) for teaching and communication.
