Job summary

Senior Community Care of Michigan PACE in Lansing, MI is seeking a compassionate CNA to join a community-based care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, meal service, and routine household tasks in a supportive setting.

The role requires a CNA license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience with frail and elderly individuals. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• CNA license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience working with frail and elderly individuals.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with IADLs such as grocery shopping, housekeeping, laundry and meal prep.
• Support activities in the Day Center including meal service and cleanup.
• Assist participants in getting in/out of bed and with ambulation.
• Help with prescribed exercises as trained by staff.

Education

CNA License

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver’s License in state of hire
