Job summary

St. Paul’s Assisted Living in Indiana is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our care team on the night shift. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, and help ensure a safe, respectful living environment.

Responsibilities include administering medications as prescribed, monitoring health changes, documenting care, and communicating with residents, families, and staff. Indiana CNA certification is required; weekends and holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Indiana is required.
• Experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration practices, resident care standards, and state regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to serve seniors.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
