The Sanctuary of Holy Cross is part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, seeking compassionate CNAs in Indiana to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting.

CNAs will assist with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, and safety while documenting care and reporting changes to the nursing staff. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive, resident-centered team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and walking.

• Assist with feeding and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and health regulations.

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Evening Shift Description: The Sanctuary of Holy Cross is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in a long-term care facility. The CNA plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents by assisting with daily living activities and supporting nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
