Empath Health in Pinellas Park, FL is seeking a compassionate Part-Time CNA/Program Aide to join its PACE team. Under supervision, you will assist participants with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and documentation, contributing to a holistic, preventive care model.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Florida.
• Continuing Education as required for licensure; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, grooming, bathing and skin care.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility, including getting in/out of bed.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and meal preparation or assistance with meals as needed.
• Assist participants to the bathroom or with commodes, bedpans, or urinals.
• Report changes in participant conditions to RN; document services provided.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant information; participate in ongoing education and training.
