Job summary

The Lev at Town Park in Houston, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for PRN coverage. You will deliver routine nursing care to residents across short-term and long-term stays, under supervision, in line with facility policies and nursing judgment.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, vital signs, documentation, infection control, and collaboration with the nursing team to ensure a high quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current unencumbered CNA certification in the state.
• 2 years’ LTC experience preferred.
• Computer literacy (Outlook/Office) required.
• Ability to lead, organize and stay professional.
• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision per policies and regulations.
• Transport/transfer residents, restock rooms, assist with bathing, dressing, eating.
• Take vital signs and document tasks per standards.
• Maintain infection control practices and privacy standards.
• Report observations to the nursing supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate with resident services to ensure continuity of care.
