Job summary

TN Quality Care is seeking a PRN Hospice CNA to join our Camden team. You’ll provide compassionate personal care and support to patients in a hospice setting, with flexible hours and a supportive culture.

As a CNA, you’ll assist with bathing, meals, mobility, and monitoring, reporting changes to the Case Manager. We value reliability, teamwork, and patient-centered care in a well-established organization.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Active good standing on the state aide registry.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Giving personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linens.
• Assisting in dressing and undressing patients.
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals, including shopping.
• Assisting in feeding the patient.
• Providing proper care and observation of patient’s skin to prevent breakdown of tissue.
• Reporting on patient’s condition and significant changes to the Case Manager.

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

CPR Certification

State aide registry in good standing

Minimum age 18

LOCATION: Camden, TN and the surrounding counties.

What You’ll Do:

• Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirement.
