Constellation Health Services is seeking a per-diem CNA to support our Hospice Program in Dover-Foxcroft, ME. The role focuses on compassionate personal care and collaborative family support under RN supervision.

Qualified candidates have active CNA licensure, state-approved training, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA training and state-approved competency evaluation.
• CNA license active and in good standing.
• Must have a current driver's license and be willing to drive within an assigned territory.
• At least one year of experience; hospice/home health experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of iOS operating system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Provide assistance and collaborate with patient and family.
• Perform personal hygiene tasks such as bed bath, sponge bath, and shower bath; hair shampooing.
• Care given under physician order and RN supervision.

Constellation Health Services is looking for aCNA (Per-Diem) to cover (approx. 8 to 16 hrs. per week) inDover /Foxcroft / Dexter, Maine!Constellation Hospice is seeking a CNA for our Hospice Program!The primary function of the (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant is to assist with personal care, to provide assistance and to work cooperatively with the patient and family. The Hospice Aide will be trained in appropriate and safe techniques for performing personal hygiene and grooming tasks that include bed bath, sponge bath, and shower bath, and hair shampooing in sink, tub, and bed.
