Apploi is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to join the Nursing department as a PRN team member. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care with attention to safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and collaboration with the nursing team to ensure cohesive care delivery. A current Oklahoma CNA certification is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to lift and move residents and perform related physical tasks.

• Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respiration).
• Document all care and changes in residents’ conditions in EHR.
• Report changes or concerns to nursing staff in a timely manner.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and provide companionship to residents.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure comprehensive care.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.

• Vital Signs Monitoring: Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.

• Documentation: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.

• Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.

• Supportive Tasks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.

• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Qualifications:
