Job summary

River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, SC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a PRN basis. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and help create a safe, comfortable environment.

Ideal candidates hold a South Carolina CNA certification, are 18+, and can work 12-hour shifts; PCC experience is preferred. We offer a supportive team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow with our facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• South Carolina CNA certification in good standing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
• Take and document vital signs
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care
