Job summary

Manna Post Acute in Pickens, South Carolina, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with daily living activities while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

We offer competitive pay of $18–$21 per hour plus shift differentials, with PRN opportunities across our network, appreciation events, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Resident-focused with compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care.
