Job summary

River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, SC is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct resident care and support activities of daily living in a 44-bed setting. You will document vital signs, assist with transfers and feeding, maintain a clean, safe environment, and collaborate with nurses and the care team to uphold residents' dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PCC preferred.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver care.
