Job summary

Tennessee Quality Care Hospice is seeking a PRN CNA in Camden, TN. Join a compassionate team and provide essential personal care to patients in need. Shifts are as needed with daytime hours, and the role supports family-centered hospice services.

Responsibilities include bathing, feeding assistance, meal planning, skin care, and reporting patient changes to the Case Manager. A state CNA certification and CPR are required, along with a valid driver’s license and clean registry record.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse aide.
• Maintains a current CPR Certification.
• List on the state aide registry with a clear record
• 18 years of age unless state law dictates otherwise
• Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirement.

Responsibilities

• Giving personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linens.
• Assisting in dressing and undressing patients
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals, including shopping
• Assisting in feeding the patient
• Providing proper care and observation of patient’s skin to prevent breakdown of tissue
• Reporting on patient’s condition and significant changes to the Case Manager.
