Tennessee Quality Care Hospice is hiring a CNA to join our compassionate team in Camden, TN. We offer full benefits, including generous time off, 401K with match, and more.

You’ll provide personal care, support daily activities, and communicate patient needs to the Case Manager. Strong state CNA certification and driving capability required; hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse aide.
• Listed on the state aide registry with a clear record to deliver patient care.
• 18 years of age or older, per state laws.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, hair care, and changing bed linens.
• Assist in dressing and undressing patients.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including shopping.
• Assist in feeding the patient.
• Care for and monitor skin to prevent tissue breakdown.
• Report patient condition and changes to the Case Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Giving personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos and changing bed linens
• Assisting in dressing and undressing patients
• Planning and preparing nutritious meals, including shopping
• Assisting in feeding the patient
• Providing proper care and observation of patient’s skin to prevent breakdown of tissue
• Reporting on patient’s condition and significant changes to the Case Manager.
