Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Acton, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis. Your main role will be to deliver care to residents within a warm, home-like environment, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety for each resident.

Per diem positions are available with some weekend availability required. Compensation is $22–$23.25 per hour, depending on experience and certifications, with benefits and ongoing training opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
